- The Brigham City Council will hold a Vision, Mission, Principles Planning Summit on March 16, 4:00-8:00 p.m. and March 17, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. The Planning Retreat will be held at the Riverwoods Conference Center 615 S Riverwoods Parkway Logan Utah
