Notice is hereby given that the Myton City Council will hold its regular meeting Tuesday, March 13, 2018 in the Council room of the Myton City Hall, which meeting will begin at 6:30 P.M. This meeting may or may not be conducted electronically via telephone. The agenda will be as follows: 1. Roll call. 2. Reading & approval of minutes of previous meeting(s). 3. Public Comment. 4. Jones & Demille - Discussion and Action on Johnson Water Line Relocation Project on 6250 South (Lake Borem Road). 5. Civco Engineering - Discussion and Action on PCIB Capital Improvement Projects. 6. Discussion and Action on the Disbandment of the Myton Police Department - Ordinance 020818-001. 7. Vickie Stanley - Building Rent Discussion and Action. 8. City Departmental Reports on the last month's activities. Ronnie Young - Maintenance Alan Allred - Fire Department 9. Closed Executive Session - 52-4-205(d) Strategy Session to discuss pending, reasonably imminent and ongoing litigation. 10. Approval and signing of checks. 11. Adjournment.
