- NOTICE & AGENDA Notice is hereby given that East Carbon City will hold a Planning and Zoning meeting on March 14, 2018 at East Carbon City Hall, 101 West Geneva Drive. Meeting to begin promptly at 6:00 P.M. The Agenda to be as follows: 1. Roll Call. 2. Approval of previous meeting minutes. 3. Discussion on adopting an application for zoning changes along with applicable fees 4. Work on chapter 11, commercial zones 5. Discuss next meeting agenda Adjournment.
