Description/Agenda: Notice is hereby given that the Payson City Planning Commission will hold a public hearing on Wednesday March 28, 2018 at 7:00 p.m. at the Payson City Center in the City Council Chambers, 439 West Utah Avenue, Payson, Utah. The purpose of this hearing is to receive public input on a request by Salisbury Homes for approval of modifications to the Springside Meadows development. The project is generally located east of SR 198 and west of the High Line Canal between 1800 South and 2000 South. The applicant is request approval of a planned residential development consisting of 257 dwelling units. Additional information regarding the proposed development may be obtained by calling the Development Services Department at (801) 465-5214.
Notice of Special Accommodations (ADA): In accordance with the Americans with Disabilities Act, Payson City will make reasonable accommodations to participate in the meeting. Requests for assistance can be made by calling 801-465-5204 at least 48 hours in advance of the meeting to be attended.
