LEHI CITY PLANNING COMMISSION
NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
On March 22nd, 2018 at 7:00 p.m. at the Lehi City Council Chambers located at 153 North 100 East, the Lehi City Planning Commission will hold a public hearing to receive public comment on the following items:
Public hearing and recommendation of Lehi Development Group's request for review of the Sunset Farms preliminary subdivision, a 7-lot residential development located at approximately 1900 South 250 West in an R-1-22 zone.
Public hearing and consideration of Gardner Company's request for approval of the View 21 Phase 1 Flex Office conditional use and site plan, a 14.02-acre commercial development located at approximately 4050 West Hardman Way in an existing Heavy Commercial zone.
Public hearing and recommendation of Lehi City's request for review of General Plan Amendments on several parcels totaling approximately 26.15-acres changing the land use designation to Public Facility.
Public hearing and consideration of SRS Architects' request for approval of the Lehi Botanical Point Lot 5 concept, a 1.8-acre commercial development located at 1250 West Sandalwood Drive in a Commercial zone.
Public hearing and consideration of Rick Magness' request for approval of the Maverick concept located at approximately 2100 North 3600 West in an existing Commercial zone.
Public hearing and recommendation of DR Horton's request for review of the Cold Spring Ranch Backbone preliminary subdivision plat located at approximately 3600 West 700 North in a Planned Community zone.
Public hearing and recommendation of DR Horton's request for review of the Cold Spring Ranch MD1 preliminary subdivision, a 39-unit residential development located at approximately 3600 West 700 North in a Planned Community zone.
Public hearing and recommendation of DR Horton's request for review of the Cold Springs Ranch HD4 preliminary subdivision, a 128-unit residential development located at approximately 3600 West 700 North in a Planned Community zone.
Public hearing and recommendation of DR Horton's request for review of the Cold Spring Ranch MD5 preliminary subdivision, a 73-unit residential development located at approximately 3600 West 700 North in a Planned Community zone.
