AMERICAN FORK CITY PLANNING COMMISSION REGULAR SESSION MARCH 21, 2018 Notice is hereby given that the American Fork City Planning Commission will meet in regular session on March 21, 2018 at the American Fork City Hall, 31 North Church Street, commencing at 7:00 p.m. The agenda shall be as follows: 1. Pledge of Allegiance. 2. Review and action on a final plat for Timp Hollow Plat C, consisting of 16 lots, located in the area of 1190 East 1100 North in the R-1-12,000 Residential zone. 3. Hearing, review and action on a zone map amendment located in the area of 1250 West 200 South from the RA-1 Residential Agricultural, RA-5 Residential Agricultural and R-1-20,000 Residential zones to the TOD Transit Oriented Development zone. 4. Discussion on a concept plan for a Transit Oriented Development Project located in the area of 850 West 200 South (Earl property). 5. Discussion on a concept plan for a Transit Oriented Development Project located in the area of 1000 West 200 South (Christensen/Silverado property). 6. Other business. 7.
