Grant request by Kimmie Snapp, 'Strength of Victims: Healing starts with the courage to speak out.' 2. Discussion on grants made to groups with ties to religious entities. How should they be handled? 3. Potential changes to grant instructions and applications. 4. New grant request from Sage Creek Elementary. 5. May 10th Arts Commission training event. Utah Cultural Celebration Center. 6. Spencer Cooper donation of 'Children of Peace' sculpture, Statues to Live By. OTHER BUSINESS ADJOURNMENT
