Approve proceeding on Hardman Annexation. Approve Monroe Magnuson to be on Land Use Committee Discuss Fee Waivers on High School Rodeo, and RMPRA Rodeo. Citizen's concerns. Two to Three minutes allowed for each person. No follow-ups.
