- AMENDED Notice of the Regular Meeting Agenda of the PLANNING COMMISSION OF LAYTON, UTAH FOR March 13, 2018 PUBLIC NOTICE is hereby given that the regular meeting of the Planning Commission of Layton, Utah, will be held on Tuesday, March 13, 2018, in the City Council Chambers, 437 North Wasatch Drive, Layton, Utah, at 7:00 p.m. A work meeting is scheduled to begin at 5:30 p.m. for review of agenda items. PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE AND INVOCATION APPROVAL OF MINUTES: FEBRUARY 27, 2018 PUBLIC REVIEW 1. STONE BROOK - SUBDIVISION AMENDMENT The applicant, Gary Tyler, representing Bott Pantone Architects on behalf of The Corporation of the Presiding Bishopric, is requesting subdivision amendment approval for the Stone Brook Subdivision, located at approximately 1311 W Stone Brooke Lane in the R-S (Residential Suburban) zoning district. 2. KEITH JOHNSON ACCESSORY RESIDENTIAL DWELLING UNIT - CONDITIONAL USE The applicant, Keith Johnson, is requesting conditional use approval of a residential dwelling unit, located at 492 S Angel St in the R-S zoning district.
