March 8, 2018 PLANNING COMMISSION AGENDA The Pleasant Grove City Planning Commission will hold a Public Hearing on Thursday, March 8, 2018 at 7:00 p.m. at the Pleasant Grove Recreation Center, 547 S Locust Ave, Pleasant Grove, Utah The Work Session will be held from 6:30 - 7:00 p.m. at the same location. Work Sessions are public meetings; however, no testimony will be heard and no official actions will be taken on items discussed during the work session. Although the public is invited to attend all sessions, public comments are accepted only during the regular business session. 6:30 p.m. Work Session (to consider the following items): (a) Commission Business (b) Staff Business 7:00 p.m. Regular Session: Commission Business: a. Pledge of Allegiance and Opening Remarks b. Agenda Approval c. Staff Reports d. Declaration of conflicts and abstentions from commission members 1. Public Hearing: Preliminary Subdivision Plat - Located at approx. 1977 W Pleasant Grove Blvd (Sam White's Lane) Public Hearing to consider a request of Valley Grove II, LLC for a 3-lot preliminary subdivision plat called Valley Grove Business Park Plat 'E' on property located at approximately 1977 W Pleasant Grove Boulevard in the Interchange Subdistrict of The Grove Zone. 2. Public Hearing: Preliminary Subdivision Plat - Located at approx. 1064 S North County Blvd (Sam White's Lane) Public Hearing to consider a request of Valley Grove II, LLC for a 1-lot preliminary subdivision plat called Valley Grove Business Park Plat 'F' on property located at approximately 1064 S North County Boulevard in the Interchange Subdistrict of The Grove Zone. 3. Public Hearing: Conditional Use Permit - Located at 550 W 220 S (Sam White's Lane Neighborhood) Public Hearing to consider the request of Benefactor Three, LLC for a conditional use permit to allow an infant survival swim school on property located at 550 West 220 South in the C-G (General Commercial) Zone. 4. Public Hearing: Preliminary Subdivision Plat - Located at Approx. 400 W 400 N (Little Denmark Neighborhood) Public Hearing to consider a request of Lee Conant for a 2-lot preliminary subdivision plat called Costume Craze Plat 'A' on property located at approximately 400 West 400 North in the Transitional Subdistrict of the Downtown Village Zone. 5. Public Hearing: Preliminary Subdivision Plat - Located at Approx. 400 W 400 N (Little Denmark Neighborhood) Public Hearing to consider a request of Lee Conant for a 40-lot preliminary subdivision plat called Somerset Court Plat 'A' on property located at approximately 400 West 400 North in the Transitional Subdistrict of the Downtown Village Zone. 6. Public Hearing: Site Plan - Located at Approx. 400 W 400 N (Little Denmark Neighborhood) Public Hearing to consider a request of Lee Conant for a proposed site plan for a new townhome community with 40 units on property located at approximately 400 West 400 North in the Transitional Subdistrict of the Downtown Village Zone. Elect Chair and Vice-Chair for 2018. Review and approve the minutes from February 22, 2018 Planning Commission Meeting.
