Description/Agenda: Millcreek Land Use Hearing Officer Public Meeting Agenda Friday, March 16, 2018 3:00 P.M. Location Millcreek City Hall 3330 S 1300 E Millcreek UT 84106 The Land Use Hearing Officer acts as an appeal authority to hear and decide requests for variances from the terms of Millcreek's land use ordinance, and appeals from decisions applying Millcreek's land use ordinances. The appeal authority shall determine the correctness of the decision on appeal based solely on the record (factual matters shall not be reviewed de novo). PUBLIC HEARINGS 3:00pm 1. Vicario Tracey is requesting to enlarge a noncomplying single-family dwelling built at 3559 S 2000 E.4:00pm 2. Ryan and Mary Furhiman request for a Permit to Enlarge a Non-Complying Residential Structure at 2911 South La Rue Lane ADJOURN
