Notice is hereby given that the Nibley City Council will be holding a public hearing to receive comment about updates to Nibley City Zoning and Subdivision Code. The City Council will be considering making changes to the Conservation Subdivision Ordinance and replacing it with the proposed Ordinance 18-05: Subdivision Type and Rural Preservation Subdivision.
This Public Hearing will be held on March 15, 2018 at 6:00 p.m., or as soon thereafter as can be heard. The Public Hearing will be located at Nibley City Hall at 455 W 3200 S. More information and copies of the ordinances and hearings can be found at Nibley City Hall and at www.nibleycity.com.
