NOTICE OF PUBLIC BUDGET HEARING AND REGULAR MEETING ELMO TOWN COUNCIL PUBLIC NOTICE: is hereby given that the Elmo Town Council will meet in their regular public session on 7 March 2018 at 7:00 p.m. in the Elmo Town Hall, Elmo, Utah. The Agenda for the meeting is as follows: 1. Welcome 2. Oath of Office 3. Citizen Concerns 4. Town Employee Report 5. Adjourn Public Meeting - Open Public Hearing 6. Take Comments and Discuss to amend the 2018 Budget 7. Adjourn Public Hearing and resume Regular Meeting 8. Amend 2018 Budget 9. Discuss Animal Control Officer applicants 10. Sidewalk Project Installation - 11. Open Meeting Training 12. Board Member Reports/Concerns 13. Review of Past Due Water Bills - 14. Delena's Items -Approval of Minutes and Bills, Review Monthly Financial Statements 15. Executive Session - if needed Any other business that may regularly come before the Council.
