CONSIDER SKETCH PLAN FOR THE COVE AT HYDE PARK (Administrative)
Consider sketch plan submitted by Sterling Land Holdings for a subdivision located at about 500 South 200 West. This development consists of 26.2 acres currently zoned RE-20 and Planned Professional. 13.86 acres of this development is proposed to be developed as singe family dwellings, 7 acres as a Senior PUD and 5.34 as commercial. Parcel ID 04-037-0017 and 04-037-0018

CONSIDER CHANGES TO LANDSCAPING REQUIREMENTS REGARDING STORM WATER (Legislative)
Discuss changes in landscaping requirements due to the recently adopted storm water standards. The requirements in the new Cache Valley standards differ somewhat from Hyde Park's current ordinance. See the Cache Valley Storm Water Design Standards (June 2016), 15.50 Storm Water Ordinance, and 12.160 Landscaping.
CONSIDER THE FUTURE ALIGNMENT OF 600 NORTH (Legislative)
Discuss the next east/west route south of 4400 North (County).
