CITY OF HOLLADAY PLANNING COMMISSION MEETING AGENDA Tuesday, March 6th 2018 City Council Chambers - 4580 S. 2300 E. PRE-MEETING ITEMS 6:30 PM WORK SESSION - All agenda items may be discussed during a light dinner. No decisions will be made during this portion of the meeting. 7:00 PM CONVENE REGULAR MEETING - Public Welcome & Chair Opening Statement PUBLIC HEARING 1. Miller Addition - Permitted Use Site Plan Review - 4600 South Holladay Blvd. - H.V. Zone Applicant, Peters + Newell Architects, are applying for a residential addition to an existing mixed-use building at the corner of Holladay Blvd and Locust Lane. Commission will also review the recommendation of the Holladay Village Design Review Board regarding the proposed building design. ACTION ITEMS 2. Approval of Meeting Minutes - 12/13/2017, 01/02/2018, 01/09/2018 & 01/16/2018 DISCUSSION ITEMS 3. Lot Combination Moratorium - review and discussion of current city council generated moratorium on accepting/considering requests to combine two parcels abutting of real property in residential zones; R-1-21 (half acre/single family) and less. 4. Ordinance Amendment to the R-M Sign Code - preview of upcoming proposal to amend regulations pertaining to monument signs in the Residential Multi-Family Zone (RM). ADJOURN On Friday, March 2, 2018 at 9:30 am a copy of the foregoing notice was posted in conspicuous view in the front foyer of the City of Holladay Offices, Holladay UT. A copy of this notice was emailed to the Salt Lake Tribune and Deseret News, newspapers of general circulation in the City by the Office of the City Recorder.
