NOTICE OF DATE, TIME, PLACE AND AGENDA The Minersville Town Council will hold a regular Council Meeting Monday March 5, 2018 at 5:00 p.m. at the Minersville Town Hall. The following is the agenda Mayor will open stating time and date: 1. Approve minutes from the February 5, 2018 Council Meeting and the February 7, 2018 emergency Council Meeting. 2. Seth Davie, Rocky Ford: Water rights update 3. George Humphreys: Wildland Fire program Cooperative Agreement 4. Kade Blackner: Review Clinic Lease agreement. Insurance coverage for building. 5. Discuses Secure Instant Payments prices and fees for customers to pay water bills on town website. 6. Recreation League and Swimming Pool hiring 7. Water tank property 8. Quarterly financial review 9. Pay Bills 10. Other Business: Fire extinguisher maintenance bids Notice: The Town Council may adjourn to Executive Session pursuant to the provisions of §52-4-204 and §52-4-205, Utah Code Annotated (1953), as amended OLD BUSINESS: 1. Snow plow 2. Spring improvements 3. ATV route CERTIFICATE OF DELIVERY & POSTING I, Cherie Wood, Minersville Town Clerk hereby certify that the above notice and agenda was posted in three public places within Minersville Town on this 1st day of March, 2018. These public places being: Minersville Town Office; U.S. Post Office; and Minersville Public Library.
