NOTICE OF AGENDA NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Moroni City Planning and Zoning Commission will hold consecutive Public Hearings along with the Planning Commission meeting on Wednesday, March 7, 2018 beginning at 6:00 p.m. These will be held at the Moroni City Community Center, 80 South 200 West. 1. Welcome - Motion to start meeting - Roll call 2. Approval of minutes January 11, 2018 and February 7, 2018 3. Steven Bradley ~ Proposed fence at 511 East 100 South 4. Ordinance Review ~ Commissioner Luke Freeman 5. Report of Commissioners 6. 7:00 p.m. Public Hearing to Receive Public Comment regarding the following proposed Plans / Ordinances: - Moroni City General Plan: Moroni City General Zoning plan, exists to define the present and future needs of Moroni City as it relates to the city itself, its citizens and the growth and development of all or any part of the land within the municipality. - Annexation Policy Plan: Moroni City plan for property annexation for the city. This plan is an addition to the Moroni City General Plan. - Bees Ordinance: Proposed ordinance for Bee keeping within the city limits - Use and storage of travel trailers, boats and boat trailers: Proposed ordinance for the placement and storage of the mentioned items. - Storage Container Use: Proposed ordinance on the placement and maintenance; used for their defined purpose only (storage) and not for other uses (i.e. dwellings, etc) - Subdivisions: Proposed amendment to 10-4B, seeking to create an addition for simple subdivisions within the city. 7. 7:30 p.m. Public Hearing to Receive Public Comment regarding the following updates to city ordinances: - 10-4A-2:2 Animal Keeping 8.
