This section requires that the minimum frontage in the A zone be 100 feet. The applicant is requesting a variance of 15.98 feet, leaving 84.02 feet as his frontage. The purpose for the variance is to allow the applicant the opportunity to build a new single-family dwelling. The property is located at approximately 6311 West Parkway Boulevard and is zoned A-1 (Agriculture, minimum 1-acre lot).
