NOTICE AND AGENDA Notice is hereby given that the Gunnison City Planning and Zoning Committee will hold a meeting on Wednesday, February 28 at the Gunnison City Hall, 38 West Center. This meeting will begin at 6:00 p.m. 1. Discuss Vacancy of Chairperson Position with Proposed Approval of New Chairperson and Vice Chairperson 2. Discuss Land Use Ordinance, Appendix B, Standards for Primary Buildings and Structures in Reference to Questions Regarding Town Homes in R-2-10,000 Zone, Albert Parks 3. Discuss Preliminary Major Subdivision Application at Approximately 400 South 200 East, Riverbend Subdivision ~ John Mogle and Kasey Petersen 4. Proposed Approval of Preliminary Major Subdivision at Approximately 400 South 200 East, Riverbend Subdivision ~ John Mogle and Kasey Petersen 5. Discuss and Approve 2018 Meeting Schedule 6. Approve Minutes 7.
