- PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE Redevelopment Agency of Salt Lake City NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Redevelopment Agency of Salt Lake City will hold a public hearing on Tuesday, March 20, 2018 at 2:00 p.m. in the City & County Building, 451 South State Street, Room 326, Salt Lake City, Utah. The purpose of the public hearing is to accept public comment on potential amendments of the Northwest Quadrant Community Reinvestment Area ('CRA') by adopting amended survey area boundaries. On February 13, 2018, the Board of Directors of the Redevelopment Agency of Salt Lake City adopted a resolution authorizing amendment of the Northwest Quadrant Community Reinvestment Area Plan by adopting amended survey area boundaries. Since this CRA was originally adopted, the RDA has been working on an economic development strategy for the Northwest Quadrant. To request a boundary description and/or boundary map by mail or email (at no cost) please contact Tammy Hunsaker at 801-535-7244. All persons interested and present will be given an opportunity to be heard in this matter. Written comments may also be submitted to the Redevelopment Agency of Salt Lake City. Under Utah Code 17C-1-808, any person objecting to the proposed project area plan or contesting the regularity of any of the proceedings to adopt the proposed project area plan may appear before the RDA Board at the hearing to show cause why the proposed project area plan should not be adopted. The City and County Building is an accessible facility. People with disabilities may make requests for reasonable accommodation, which may include alternate formats, interpreters, and other auxiliary aids and services.
