- PUBLIC NOTICE is hereby given that the Board of Commissioners of the Emery County Housing Authority will meet in their regularly scheduled meeting on Wednesday Feb 28, 3018 at 8:00 am in the commission conference room, Room 221, 75 East Main Street (2nd Floor) Castle Dale, UT 84513. 1. Approval of Nov 2017 and Jan 2018 minutes. 2. Presentation of financial information and approval of monthly expenses. 3. Report and discussion of tenant account receivable balances/rent register. Consideration and approval of any repayment contracts and evictions. 4. Report from Cindy Draper on waiting lists, occupancy and other administrative issues regarding Public Housing and Section 8 Housing Vouchers. Approval of any action taken. 5. Update and needs for Castle Dale and Ferron apartments. 6. Update on sale of apartments 8. Other business
