Public Hearing: Site Plan - Located at Approx. 400 W 400 N (Little Denmark Neighborhood) Public Hearing to consider a request of Lee Conant for a proposed site plan for a new townhome community with 40 units on property located at approximately 400 West 400 North in the Transitional Subdistrict of the Downtown Village Zone. Public Hearing: Preliminary Subdivision Plat - Located at Approx. 400 W 400 N (Little Denmark Neighborhood) Public Hearing to consider a request of Lee Conant for a 2-lot preliminary subdivision plat called Costume Craze Plat 'A' on property located at approximately 400 West 400 North in the Transitional Subdistrict of the Downtown Village Zone. Public Hearing: Preliminary Subdivision Plat - Located at Approx. 400 W 400 N (Little Denmark Neighborhood) Public Hearing to consider a request of Lee Conant for a 40-lot preliminary subdivision plat called Somerset Court Plat 'A' on property located at approximately 400 West 400 North in the Transitional Subdistrict of the Downtown Village Zone. Public Hearing: Preliminary Subdivision Plat - Located at approx. 1977 W Pleasant Grove Blvd (Sam White's Lane) Public Hearing to consider a request of Valley Grove II, LLC for a 3-lot preliminary subdivision plat called Valley Grove Business Park Plat 'E' on property located at approximately 1977 W Pleasant Grove Boulevard in the Interchange Subdistrict of The Grove Zone. Public Hearing: Preliminary Subdivision Plat - Located at approx. 1064 S North County Blvd (Sam White's Lane) Public Hearing to consider a request of Valley Grove II, LLC for a 1-lot preliminary subdivision plat called Valley Grove Business Park Plat 'F' on property located at approximately 1064 S North County Boulevard in the Interchange Subdistrict of The Grove Zone.
