NOTICE OF ADMINISTRATIVE HEARING
FOR A WALL/FENCE HEIGHT EXTENSION
Notice is hereby given that Dr. Rick Campbell, owner of Willow Creek Pet Center, located at 2055 E. Creek Road, Cottonwood Heights, Utah, has applied for a wall height extension to build an 8 foot wall along the north side of the property, pursuant to Cottonwood Heights Municipal Code chapter 19.76.050E(1).
The City's Community and Economic Development Director will hold an Administrative Hearing for this application on Wednesday, March 7, at 12:00 p.m. at 2277 E Bengal Blvd, Room 124. The purpose of the Administrative Hearing is for the Community and Economic Development Director to take public comment on the conditional use application.
