Lot Line Adjustment for Lots 2,3 and 4 of the JWP Subdivision -Parcel #02-046-0091,0092 and 0093 located at 24 West 400 North b. Conditional Use Permit for Lee Kilpack -Parcel #02-046-0046 for Multi-Unit Housing to allow an apartment in basement at 550 North 200 West c. Conditional Use Permit for Alexander and Heather Gillespie - Parcel #02-047-0177 for a business license to open an Auto Mechanic shop located at 51 North Main d. Lot Line Adjustment for Neil Braegger - Parcel # 02-046-0039 located at approximately 649 North Main e.
