Public notice is hereby given that the City Council of Price City, Utah, will hold a Regular Meeting in the Council Chambers, 185 East Main, Price, Utah, at 5:30 PM on 02/28/2018. The Mayor reserves the right to modify the sequence of agenda items in order to facilitate special needs.

5. PUBLIC HEARING - Public hearing to receive input on power sales contracts between Price City and UAMPS for the small modular reactor project included in the CFPP project at UAMPS.
6. RESOLUTION NO. 2018-02 - Consideration and possible approval of A Resolution Authorizing and Approving the Carbon Free Power Project Power Sales Contract with Utah Associated Municipal Power Systems; the Initial Budget and Plan of Finance for the Project; and Related Matters.
7. INTERLOCAL AGREEMENT: COMMUNITY BASEBALL COMPLEX - Consideration and possible approval of an Interlocal Agreement between Price City and Carbon School District to enter into a partnership to establish and maintain a Community Baseball Complex on property currently owned by Carbon School District. The agreement defines commitments, financial obligations, and actions required for the reconstruction and long term maintenance of the facility.
8. BASEBALL TOMORROW FUND GRANT: LETTER OF SUPPORT- Consideration and possible approval to provide a Letter of Support to the local Cal Ripken League to pursue a grant from the 'Baseball Tomorrow Fund' for the addition of lighting systems to Fields 4 & 5 at the Atwood Baseball Complex.
