- Notice is hereby given that the WELLSVILLE CITY PLANNING COMMISSION shall conduct a public hearing as part of its regular scheduled meeting on Wednesday, March 14, 2018 at the City Office at 75 East Main in Wellsville. Said hearing shall begin at 6:05 p.m. The Commission shall receive public input, then consider for approval a request from Cort Cooper for a conditional use for a Level 2 'Home Occupation' to operate a landscaping contracting business out of his home at 1656 South 200 East.
