- Notice of the Regular Meeting Agenda of the PLANNING COMMISSION OF LAYTON, UTAH FDR February 27, 2018 PUBLIC NOTICE is hereby given that the regular meeting of the Planning Commission of Layton, Utah, will be held on Tuesday, February 27, 2018, in the City Council Chambers, 437 North Wasatch Drive, Layton, Utah, at 7:00 p.m. A work meeting is scheduled to begin at 6:00 p.m. for review of agenda items. PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE AND INVOCATION APPROVAL OF MINUTES: APRIL 11, 2017, APRIL 19,2017, MAY 9, 2017, JUNE 27, 2017, AND FEBRUARY 13, 2018 PUBLIC REVIEW 1. LAKESHORE VISTAS SUBDIVISION - PRELIMINARY PLAT The applicant, Ed Green, is requesting is requesting preliminary plat approval for the Lakeshore Vistas Subdivision, located at approximately 2200 W Layton Parkway in the R-1-6 (Single Family Residential) zoning district.
