- Public notice is hereby given that on Wednesday March 21, 2018 at approx. 5:00 p.m., in the Council Chambers, 3330 S. 1300 E., Millcreek, Utah, the following public hearings will be held before the Millcreek Planning Commission during a regular meeting: 1) Eric Tuttle is requesting a Conditional Use Permit for two 5-unit town home developments.Project Location: 1642 & 1648 E 3300 S. Project Number: CU-18-003; 2) Yubaraj Sapkata is requesting Conditional Use Permit for a detached garage serving a residence that exceeds the 800 square feet maximum in the R-1-8 Zone at 869 East 4200 South Project Number: CU-18-004.
