- CITY OF WEST JORDAN PUBLIC NOTICE Advertisement Pre-Qualification SOQ The City of West Jordan Utah is seeking to pre-qualify contractors for bidding on the City's Constitution Park Detention Basin Improvements Project, SD 17-02. Only pre-qualified Contractors will be eligible to bid on the project. Pre-qualification documents will be received by the City of West Jordan, City Clerk/City Recorder's Office, 8000 South Redwood Road, West Jordan, Utah 84088 until Tuesday, March 13, 2018 at 2:00 P.M. Pre-qualification documents shall be deemed received when they are in the physical possession of the City Clerk/City Recorder or designee. Modifications or corrections will not be accepted if they are not timely received by the City Clerk/Recorder's Office, regardless of the cause, whether or not by action or inaction of the City, including but not limited to delayed, lost, undelivered or misdirected mail. Facsimile or email transmitted bids will not be accepted. Questions regarding the project can be directed to David Murphy, 801-569-5074 or e-mail davidm@wjordan.com. Pre-qualification documents can be obtained via email beginning February 26, 2018 from Paul Wellington, Purchasing Agent, paulwe@wjordan.com. When emailing Paul to request pre-qualification documents please include your full name, company name, address, phone and fax number.
