- Town of Cedar Fort Cedar Fort Planning & Zoning Public Hearing Notice Town Hall, 50 East Center Street, Cedar Fort PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE Notice is hereby given that the Cedar Fort Planning Commission will hold a Public Hearing on the 6th of March, 2018 at 7:00 p.m., at the Cedar Fort Town Hall, 50 East Center, Street, Cedar Fort, Utah, FOR THE FOLLOWING: Public Hearing to consider a New Ordinance, Right to Farm. Public Hearing to consider Zoning Ordinance Amendment CFO-200-PZ-2017, Page 10, General (No structure should be placed within 10 feet of an Easement). Re-wording Ordinance and adding Definition of Easement. Public Hearing to consider Zoning Ordinance Amendment CFO-200-PZ-RR-2017, by adding the word, Residential. The Public is Invited to Participate in all Public Hearings. Pursuant to the Americans with Disabilities Act, individuals needing special accommodations for this meeting should notify the Town Clerk (Cara Lyon 768-2147 or clerk@cedarfort.town) at least 24 hours prior to this meeting.
