AMERICAN FORK CITY PLANNING COMMISSION REGULAR SESSION MARCH 7, 2018 AMENDED Notice is hereby given that the American Fork City Planning Commission will meet in regular session on March 7, 2018 at the American Fork City Hall, 31 North Church Street, commencing at 7:00 p.m. The agenda shall be as follows: 1. Pledge of Allegiance. 2. Hearing, review and action on a zone map amendment located in the area of 1250 West 200 South from the RA-1 Residential Agricultural, RA-5 Residential Agricultural and R-1-20,000 Residential zones to the TOD Transit Oriented Development zone. 3. Review and action on a site plan for an accessory structure located at 256 South 570 West in the RA-1 Residential Agricultural zone. 4. Review and action on a site plan for the Heiner Office/Warehouse Project located at 36 South 500 East in the GC-1 General Commercial zone. 5. *Discussion on a concept plan for property located in the vicinity of 330 South 570 West. 6.
