SYRACUSE CITY Syracuse City Disaster Preparedness Meeting Agenda **AMENDED** February 22, 2018 -- 6:30 p.m. Municipal Building, 1979 W. 1900 S. Syracuse, UT 84075 Notice is hereby given that the Syracuse City Disaster Prep Committee will participate in a meeting on February 22, 2018 at 6:30 p.m. in the large conference room of the Municipal Building, 1979 W. 1900 S., Syracuse City, Davis County, Utah. The purpose of the meeting is to discuss/review the following items: 1. Committee Officer Nominations and Vote (quorum needed) a. Chair b. Vice Chair c. Secretary 2. District Workshop Topic Schedule (next 12 mos.) 3. Each District to come prepared with 3 topics for planning discussion 4. Update on District Meeting with Mayor a. Syracuse Bluff - Date? b. Syracuse South - Date? i. Has a DC been put into place? ii. Are they aware they are in charge of May's Workshop? 1. Should SS and SB swap months for this assignment? 5. Meeting with Utah DEM re: Block Captain Program - Recap & Discussion 6. March Digital Signage test - report on success by next meeting a. Target date b. Message 7.
