- Wales Town Planning & Zoning Committee Notice & Agenda The regularly scheduled meeting of the Wales Town Planning and Zoning Committee will be held at 7:00 p.m. Tuesday, 20 February 2018, at the Wales Town Hall, located at 150 N State St. The meeting agenda is as follows: 1. Meeting call to order 2. Roll call 3. Approve minutes of 16 January 2018 meeting 4. Petitions & Communications: a. Hayden Nicholas, concerning business license 5. Business: a. discuss with Mayor Jensen the updating of the Wales Town business license application, Ord. #11-2-05 and Res. #98-02 b. continue to review & revise Wales Town Planning & Zoning Ordinance 6. Adjourn **If you have business or questions that need to be addressed by the Wales Town Planning & Zoning Committee please contact Velva Lee Sherman at 436-9345 or 436-5151. In order to be added to the agenda, please call at least one week prior to the meeting held on the 3rd Tuesday of each month. Thank you.**
