Tremonton City Corporation Arts Council Meeting February 20, 2018 Meeting to be held at 102 South Tremont Street 12:00 p.m. AGENDA 1. Approval of agenda 2. Approval of minutes - No minutes to approve 3. New Business: a. Discussion and consideration of Co-Chairperson Appointment b. Discussion and consideration of Artist Meet and Great event. c. Discussion and consideration of helping with 'Field of Remembrance' d. Calendaring and program brainstorming 4. Business: a. Update on Mural Progress at 163 West Main Street b. RFP for new murals and public art c. 2018 Best of State - Public Art application d. Tim Gurrister the View magazine interview e. Next Arts Council meeting March 5 5. Adjournment Anchor location for Electronic Meeting by Telephone Device. With the adoption of Ordinance No. 13-04, the Council may participate per Electronic Meeting Rules. Please make arrangements in advance. Persons with disabilities needing special assistance to participate in this meeting should contact Linsey Nessen no later than 24 hours prior to the meeting. Notice was posted February 16, 2018, a date not less than 24 hours prior to the date and time of the meeting and remained so posted until after said meeting.
