Meeting Called to Order 6:00pm: Invocation by Invitation; Pledge of Allegiance B. Appointments: 1. City Recorder-Christy Ballard C. Consent Agenda: (Items on the consent agenda may not require discussion. These items will be a single motion unless removed at the request of the Mayor or City Council.) 1. Declarations of conflict of interest 2. Minutes: February 7, 2018 work meeting 3. Review Invoices and Checks: $155,005.38 D. Committee Reports: Planning Commission, Water Board, Sewer Board, Fire District E. Citizen Comment & Request for Future Agenda Items: No action may be taken on a matter raised under this agenda item. This item is reserved for the citizens of La Verkin who have items not listed on this agenda. There is a time limit of 20 minutes with each individual taking no more than three minutes. F. Business: 1. Discussion and possible action to approve the preliminary and final plats for a proposed one lot subdivision of property with the Tax ID # LV-122-C located at the north end of 470 West (Andregg Subdivision). 2. Discussion and possible action to approve Resolution R-2018-07; a resolution approving the designation of a representative to serve on the Southwest Mosquito Abatement and Control District for calendar year 2018 and for such time thereafter until successors thereof have been designated and appointed. 3. Discussion and possible action to approve a purchase agreement with Ash Creek Sewer District for a 2004 Camel Sewer Cleaning Truck. 4. Discussion and possible action to approve a Letter of Commitment regarding the slurry seal project. 5. Discussion and possible action on the Victims Services program. 6. Presentation and discussion on moving the irrigation water line located at approximately 445 North State Street. H.
