- Public Notice is given that the Richmond City Council will meet in a regularly scheduled meeting at 6 West Main, Richmond, Utah, on Tuesday, February 20, 2018. The meeting will begin at 7:00 P.M. Welcome and Opening Ceremonies by Lyle Bair 1. Approval of the city council meeting minutes from January 16, 2018 2. Deputy's Report 3. Business License Requests (Logan Tae Kwon Do, DKRH1, LLC, Unraveling Solutions LLC) 4. Update and discussion with Cache County Sheriff Chad Jensen. 5. Discussion with Earick Ward on the possibility of having a septic tank and system for a new home to be located just north of 425 North State Street. Parcel# 09-046-0029. 6. Discussion and possible vote on the Sanitary Sewer Management Plan for the city. 7. Discussion and possible vote on rental and deposit fees to be charged at the new city office building located at 90 South 100 West. (Formerly Park School Elementary) 8. Monthly City Administrator Report 9. Monthly financial review with discussion and decisions as necessary. 10. Council Member Reports 11. Mayor's Report Pay Bills Adjourn
