- NOTICE OF PUBLIC OPEN HOUSE Notice is hereby given that Pleasant Grove City will host an Open House on Wednesday February 21, 2018 at the Recreation Center, Multi-purpose room, 547 S Locust Ave at 6:00 to 7:30 p.m. Information regarding a potential transportation utility fee will be available to the public. This is a public meeting and anyone interested is invited to attend. Please note that a quorum of the Pleasant Grove City Council maybe present, however no action will be taken by the Council. CERTIFICATE OF POSTING: I certify that the above notice was posted in three public places within the Pleasant Grove City limits and on the State (http://pmn.utah.gov) and City websites (www.plgrove.org).
