NOTICE OF CITY COUNCIL MEETING WOODLAND HILLS CITY February 13, 2018 Notice is hereby given that the Woodland Hills City Council will hold a City Council Meeting on Tuesday February 13. 2108. The City Council meeting will begin at 7:00pm. Meetings are held at the Woodland Hills City Center located at 690 South Woodland Hills Dr., Woodland Hills, UT 84653. City Council Meetings are open to the public and all interested persons are invited to attend. The agenda is as follows: A. CITY COUNCIL MEETING 1. CALL TO ORDER- Mayor Wendy Pray 2. PLEDGE- Council Member Paul MacArthur 3. INVOCATION- Council Member David Pratt B. PUBLIC COMMENT 1. Please sign in 10 minutes prior to the start of the City Council Meeting. C. CONSENT AGENDA 1. City Council Minutes from December 12, 2017 2. City Council Minutes from January 9, 2018 3. City Council Minutes from January 23, 2018 D. BUSINESS & DISCUSSION 1. Presentation of 2017 Fiscal Year Audit 2. No Parking at the end of Eagle Nest 3. Street name change on upper Broadhollow 4. Town Hall meeting planning and publicity 5. Development of a Road Maintenance schedule 6. Development of a Water System map, including pipe system, valves and a estimate of their useful life 7. A plan for park maintenance 8. The debrief of the snow plow drivers and a plan for next year. 9. Update on SESD and Legislative Bill 10. Fiber RFP Evaluation update E. MISCELLANEOUS F. EXECUTIVE SESSSION In accordance with the Utah Open and Public Meetings Act for the following or other purposes outlined in in Utah State Code: 1. To discuss the character, professional competence, or physical or mental health of individuals; 2. To discuss pending or reasonably imminent litigation; 3. To discuss the sale or transfer of land; 4. To discuss deployment of security personnel, devices, or systems. G.
