Town Of Portage Council Meeting Wednesday February 14, 2018 25880 N 9000 W 6:00 PM Agenda Notice is hereby given that the Town Council of Portage will hold its regular Town Council meeting on Wednesday, February 14, 2018 at the Portage Town Hall located at 25880 N 9000 W, which meeting shall begin promptly at 6:00 PM. The Agenda shall be as follows: 6:00 PM Call to Order Opening Ceremony: 1.Review and Approval of minutes from January 10, 2018 Town Council Meeting. 2.Review and Approval of January 11, 2018 to February 14, 2018 Bills/Payroll. 3.Review Financial Report, Bank Reconciliations and Water adjustments or write-offs. 4.Discuss contact plan to update citizens about emergencies and business. 5.Discuss and update Council Member position descriptions. 6.Discussion and approval of Mayor Pro Tem. 7.Discuss and approve the Town of Portage 'Receipting Policy' 8.Update Town policies 'Approval of Disbursements' & 'Nepotism Policy'. 9.Discuss change to the building permit fees. 10.Discuss change to the Water impact fees. 11.Discussion and possible decisions about Portage Day's celebration. Public Comment: This is an opportunity for the public to address the Council. Please limit your comments to three minutes. Review of Departments: 12.Water - A)Division of Water Rights- Water Proof - Update and approval of funds. B)40 Year Water Right Plan - Update and approval of funds. 13.Roads - a)Discussion and approval for approx. $1500 in funds to pay up front expenditures on the 'Transportation Corridor Improvement Fund' grant. b)Discuss and approve funds for Snow plow repair. 14. Planning and Zoning a)Brett Prisbrey - Discussion and approval of subdivision. b)Tyson Nelson - Discussion and approval building permit. c)Jeff Jensen - parcel discussion update. 15. Parks and Recreation - 16. Fire Department - Chief Robert Barrow a) Discussion and decision about selling the old fire engine. 17. Sgt.
