PUBLIC NOTICE OF MEETING Public notice is hereby given that the City Council of Price City, Utah, will hold a Regular Meeting in the Council Chambers, 185 East Main, Price, Utah, at 5:30 PM on 02/14/2018. CLASS C ROAD IMPROVEMENTS: PROJECT #1C-2018 - Consideration and possible approval of the purchase of road improvement services including cape seal and paint striping within the city limits. Six (6) sealed bids were opened on February 8, 2018at 11:00 am. Bids reflect the base bid which includes all installation, parts and labor. Recommendation to award project to the following low bidders: Cape Seal, Schedules A & B = Intermountain Slurry Seal, $480,475.00; Paint Striping, Schedule C (2018) = Straight Stripe Painting, $25,055.00; Paint Striping Schedule D (2019) = Straight Stripe Painting, $25,055.00. Source of Funds = Class C Road Funds & Highway Transit Tax (Budgeted) 11. BUSINESS LICENSES - Consideration and possible approval of business licenses for: Hershey Chiropractic at 790 N Cedar Hills Dr., Eating to Heal, at 410 W 100 N, P&L Electrical Services at 645 W 200 N, Jetman Digicade at 20 E Main St., and Jade Springs at 894 E 100 N, #28. 12.
