NOTICE AND AGENDA APPLE VALLEY TOWN COMMUNITY EVENTS Regular Meeting Public notice is given that the Community Events Committee of the Town of Apple Valley, Washington County, Utah will hold a regular meeting on the 13th day of February, 2018 at the Apple Valley Town Hall, 1777 N. Meadowlark Dr., Apple Valley, Utah, commencing at 6:30 p.m. or shortly thereafter. The agenda for the meeting is as follows: 1. Call to Order 2. Pledge of Allegiance 3. Roll Call 4. Declarations of conflict of interests 5. Consider approval of minutes: a. Jan 9, 2017 6. Welcome to new Committee Members, Alternates & Council Rep. 7. Appoint Committee Co-chair. 8. Review Events Check List 9. Review budget and ordering procedure - Items to order: Water cooler, balls for parachute game, and coolers for the ice-cream. Easter Eggs. 10. Report on Christmas Lighting Awards - Debbie Presented at Town Council meeting Jan 18. 11. Report on January Pet Clinic - Saturday January 13 12. Discussion and possible action on Valentines Day potluck Feb 17, 2:00 pm 13. Discussion and possible action on Easter Egg Hunt Saturday March 31, 10:00 am check with Janua to order eggs with toys. Print and post fliers. 14. Discussion and possible action on Fire Dept Chili Cook-off April ? time? 15. Discussion and possible action on Summer Day Camps & Classes. Rich offered to Host some sport camps including Frisbee, Horse Shoes, Volley Ball. Suggest parents waver of activity injury. Delila will check into 'Fun in the Sun' activity. All Hosts need to fill out camp forms by April 10 to be presented to the Town Council for approval April 19. Print and Post Fliers for April, May. 16. Make list of items needing to be purchased thru July 2018. 17. Discussion of new related concerns: 18.
