PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE COALVILLE CITY PLANNING COMMISSION Zone Amendment From R-2 Zone to R-4 Zone Parcel No. CT-330-A and CT-330-1 349 East 100 South and 359 East 100 South Courtney Richins Public notice is hereby given that the Coalville City Planning Commission will hold a Public Hearing to review, discuss, and receive comment on the proposed Zoning Amendment to change the Zone for Parcel No. CT-330-A and CT-330-1 from R-2, Residential 2 Units per acre to R-4, Residential 4 Units per acre, on Tuesday, February 20, 2018 beginning at 6:00 P.M. at the Coalville City Hall located at 10 North Main Street. The proposed Zone change requires an approval or denial recommendation from the Planning Commission. All interested persons may attend.
