Notice is hereby given that the Howell Town Council will hold its regular scheduled council meeting Tuesday February 13, 2018 at the Howell Community Center, 16020 N 17400 W, Suite A, which meeting shall begin promptly at 7:00 p.m. AGENDA 7:00 Welcome, roll call, prayer, Pledge of Allegiance, approve the agenda. 7:05 Approve minutes of January 9, 2018 Howell Town Council Meeting 7:10 Public Comments (3 Minutes per person) 7:15 Deputy Sheriff Brodie Wells. 7:20 Lindsey Hess: 1. Building Permit approval 2. Howell Days Celebration 7:30 Public Hearing: Community Center Use and Rental, changing softball field location, what to do with the old community center and post office buildings, re-locating bowery, removing cottonwood trees from the cemetery, watering park lawns with town water. 8:00 Presentation by Blain Hamp and Dustin Richins from Utah State Forestry & Lands: New Fire Policy 8:20 Council Member Craig Hawkes: Bids for backup generator - 2000 well 8:30 Dispose of cottonwood trees at cemetery. 8:35 Shelly Logan - Town Treasurer - Budget Reports. 8:40 Council Member Anderson: 1. New Vacuum Cleaner for Community Center. 2. New lines for the park sprinkling system. 8:45 Mayor Hawkes: 1. Maintenance of gravel roads. 2. Blue light for the well 8:50 Timber and Kimi Rinderknecht: Town Roads 8:55 Appoint or re-appoint Planning Commission members 9:00 Mayor, Council Member Reports. 9:10 Approve Payment Vouchers and Bills. 9:15 Adjournment.
