- Notice is hereby given that the Wellsville City Planning Commission shall conduct a public hearing as part of its regular scheduled meeting on Wednesday, February 28, 2018 at the City Office at 75 East Main in Wellsville. Said hearing shall begin at 6:05 p.m. The Planning Commission shall receive public input, then consider for approval a request for conditional use, from Laurie Christensen to have her existing home at 436 South 100 West be declared as a 'Multiple Family Dwelling' (Duplex) Tax Id #10-029-0007.
