Tremonton City Corporation Planning Commission February 13, 2018 Meeting to be held at 102 South Tremont Street 5:30 p.m. AMENDED AGENDA 1. Approval of agenda 2. Approval of minutes - January 9, 2018 3. New Business: a. Preliminary Review for Holmgren Estates East, Phase 6 - Lyle Holmgren b. Preliminary Review for Garfield Subdivision, Phase 3 - Gary Madsen c. Amend zoning to allow additional uses at Tremont Center LLC - Micah Capener d. Discussion on zoning and animals - Stan Smith 4. Adjournment Anchor location for Electronic Meeting by Telephone Device. With the adoption of Ordinance No. 13-04, the Commission may participate per Electronic Meeting Rules. Please make arrangements in advance. Persons with disabilities needing special assistance to participate in this meeting should contact Cynthia Nelson no later than 24 hours prior to the meeting. Notice was posted February 9, 2018, a date not less than 24 hours prior to the date and time of the meeting and remained so posted until after said meeting.
