- PUBLIC NOTICE Notice is hereby given that the St. George City Planning Commission will hold public hearings on Tuesday, February 20, 2018 at 5:00 PM to consider the following: A. Zone change from OS (Open Space) to PD-C (Planned Development Commercial) on approximately 2.63 acres generally located on Pioneer Road north of the Monster Storage RV site. B. Zone Change from A-1 (Agriculture) to R-1-10 (Single Family Residential, 10,000 sq. ft. lot sizes) on approximately 19.51 acres located at approximately 1600 South along 3000 East. C. Zone Change from OS (Open Space) to C-2 (Highway Commercial) on approximately 2.40 acres located south of 511 South Airport Road. Interested persons are encouraged to attend these public hearings to be held in the City Hall Council Chambers at 175 East and 200 North, or present their views in writing at least one day prior to the meeting. Reasonable Accommodation: The City of St George will make efforts to provide reasonable accommodations to disabled members of the public in accessing City programs.
