PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Pleasant Grove City Council will hold a Public Hearing on Tuesday February 20, 2018 at 6:00 p.m. in the Library, 30 East Center, (lower level), Pleasant Grove, Utah, to consider the following item(s): Public Hearing to consider for adoption an Ordinance to create an overlay zone that provides for flexibility in creating master-planned communities that incorporate commercial and mixed use buildings as well as a variety housing types.
