- Notice of the Regular Meeting Agenda of the PLANNING COMMISSION OF LAYTON, UTAH FOR February 13, 2018 PUBLIC NOTICE is hereby given that the regular meeting of the Planning Commission of Layton, Utah, will be held on Tuesday, February 13, 2018, in the City Council Chambers, 437 North Wasatch Drive, Layton, Utah, at 7:00 p.m. A work meeting is scheduled to begin at 6:30 p.m. for review of agenda items. PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE AND INVOCATION APPROVAL OF MINUTES: JANUARY 23, 2018 PUBLIC HEARING 1. AMENDED PLAT - DAVIS SCHOOL DISTRICT JR. HIGH #17 The applicant, Davis School District, is requesting is requesting to amend the final plat of Davis School District Jr. High #17 by including and amending Lot 1 of the Green Acres Subdivision, located at 115 South West Side Drive in the R-S (Residential Suburban) and A (Agriculture) zoning districts.
