Holladay Blvd. Applicant, Peters + Newell Architects, request DRB review and recommendation(s) of residential addition to an existing mixed use building at the corner of Holladay Blvd and Locust Lane. 3. Locust Lane Townhomes - 4631 - 4635 S Locust Lane Applicant, Think Architecture, request DRB review of a new residential townhome project at the intersection of Locust Lane and Hugo Ave. 4. Miscellaneous Business 5. Adjourn On Wednesday, February 7, 2018 at 4:00 pm a copy of the foregoing notice was posted in conspicuous view in the front foyer of the City of Holladay Offices, Holladay UT. A copy of this notice was emailed to the Salt Lake Tribune and Deseret News, newspapers of general circulation in the City by the Office of the City Recorder. The agenda was also posted at the Holladay Library, City internet website at www.cityofholladay.com and state noticing website at http://pmn.utah.gov.
