RIVERTON CITY PUBLIC NOTICE The Riverton City Planning Commission will hold a public hearing on Thursday, February 22, 2018 at 6:30 p.m. in the Riverton City Municipal Building located at 12830 South Redwood Road to hear following item(s): - Riverton City is proposing amendments to Section 18.135; General Regulations, subsections 18.135.030, 18.135.040, 18.135.050, 18.135.060, 18.135.080, 18.135.090, concerning buildings, conservation of value, lot improvements, streets and rights-of-way. - Elaine T Webb is requesting approval of a two lot minor subdivision located at 13313 South 1830 West. - Dominion Energy is requesting a conditional use permit to construct a gas odorization station at approximately 3950 West 13400 South. - Debbie Newman is requesting a conditional use permit to operate a home-based pre-school business in a home located at 2184 West Kimber Lane.
